"I am a Brazilian-born Australian and European citizen with a Portuguese-Jewish heritage. My dad's grandma was an indigenous woman from an Amazon tribe with beautiful olive skin and dark eyes. On the other side, my grandma from my mom's side had Nordic traits. She was the kindest lady with milky skin and loving blue eyes.

I know, what a mix! And I love embracing all of my backgrounds. I think it explains a lot about being so open-minded, my free spirit, deepest wanderlust, and profound interest in human relationships.

I truly believe that we come from the same source and are equal at our core. I think that was the main reason I studied Psychology (my first university), and I was greatly influenced to become a sensitive photographer, striving to build genuine connections. I aim to be like an old friend, ensuring you are comfortable being yourself, and then capturing your genuine feelings.

I am also the youngest of six children in a vibrant, big, and diverse family with incredibly distinct and complementary personalities. I was raised barefoot, in close harmony with nature and animals, surrounded by my dearest people, and with a lot of freedom and fresh air. I spent my childhood on my grandpa’s farm in a small town in the countryside of Minas Gerais, Brazil, where I cherish my best memories.

At home, I delight in spreading all the photographs taken by dad’s 35mm analog Konica (it was not a coincidence that it became my favourite lens) and inviting my mom to tell me all the stories over and over again. This feeling of reliving special moments, laughing and crying in a real and vivid way, drives my career as a photographer. I aim to gift you not just images but emotions.

Moving abroad was one of the best decisions of my life. Despite my love and respect for my roots, moving to a country where I was challenged to learn a new language and adapt to a new culture, expanded my mind in a way I had never imagined.

I feel connected to a global community, especially in Sydney, which is incredible and truly remarkable city. I have clients from Australia, Americas, Brazil, Africa, all of Europe, and Asia. I am fascinated by the diversity, unique rituals, and values of each culture — and yet, being reminded that love is the one universal language that transcends every boundary always blows my mind.

I love what I do and I feel privileged to be invited to be part of such intimate moments and capture the essence of your relationship with your loved ones.
